1. Vetting Agents
We are building a trustworthy team of ministry-minded believers who can help us evaluate the calling, character, and readiness of those stepping into church leadership. If you have a discerning heart and experience in pastoral care, HR, or ministry assessments, we need your help ensuring spiritual integrity across all of our campuses.
2. Elders & Pastors
We are prayerfully seeking Biblically qualified elders and pastors who feel called to shepherd God’s people and serve in newly planted or revitalized churches. Whether you’re seasoned in ministry or exploring your next assignment, we welcome your heart for teaching, discipleship, leadership, and care for the local church.
3. Deacons
Come serve alongside our elders as hands-on leaders in our church communities. We need faithful men and women who embody servant leadership and are willing to oversee practical matters, from facility care to helping meet the needs of our congregation.
4. Investors
We welcome private investors and kingdom financiers who believe in funding gospel work. Whether through creative financing or eternal-minded generosity, your support helps plant churches rooted in daily devotion to God’s Word, prayerful covering of families and cities, and compassionate outreach to the lost.
5. Accountant
We’re looking for an experienced accountant to help us steward the finances of our church planting ministry. Duties include bookkeeping, budgeting, financial reporting, tax filing, compliance with 501(c)(3) requirements, and discovering opportunities for wise financial management.
6. Attorney or Law Firm
As we acquire properties, plant churches, and structure ministries, we need experienced legal counsel to guide us. Areas of need include: nonprofit law, real estate, contracts, church governance, employment law, and IRS compliance. We’d love to partner with a kingdom-minded legal team.
7. Real Estate Agents
We need local and regional real estate professionals who can help us identify and acquire underutilized or abandoned church buildings and other strategic properties for kingdom work. If you understand the heartbeat of ministry and see real estate as a tool for mission, let’s work together.
8. Insurance Agent
Help us protect what God is entrusting to us. We are looking for an agent or agency that can provide coverage for our church buildings, equipment, ministry activities, and liability concerns — with an understanding of the unique needs of churches and nonprofits.
9. Cleaners
Before any worship service begins or ministry takes place, someone has to prepare the space. We’re looking for reliable cleaning professionals or teams who can help us deep clean, maintain, and sanitize our churches — ensuring that every guest is welcomed into a space that reflects excellence and care.
10. Painters
Church renovations are one of our first steps in reclaiming old spaces for new life. We need professional painters and crews who can help us refresh buildings, restore historic spaces, and prepare environments that are warm, clean, and welcoming.
11. Re-modelers/Renovators
Many of the churches we acquire need more than a fresh coat of paint — they need transformation. We’re seeking skilled remodelers and renovation teams who can help us restore old sanctuaries, update critical infrastructure, and bring neglected spaces back to life. From flooring to framing, your craftsmanship helps turn worn-out buildings into vibrant places of worship and community.
